Are You Licensed To Give Continuing Education For Construction Supervisors In MA?

How Many Hours of Continuing Education (CE) Do I need as a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor?
Unrestricted Licenses: 12 Hours Total: Up To 6 Hours Online
Restricted Licenses: 10 Hours Total: Up To 6 Hours Online
Construction Supervisor (CS) and Construction Supervisor One- and Two- Family Dwellings (CSFA) will be required to complete four hours of Code Review, courses shall include specific concentration to requirements of the license category. For instance, One- and Two-Family license courses shall focus, but not be limited to, residential code requirements. Specialty Construction Supervisor Licensees will be required to complete two hours of Code Review, courses shall include a specific concentration to requirements of the license category. For instance, Residential Roof Covering license courses shall focus, but not be limited to, roof covering, underlayment and similar code requirements. Licensees may acquire up to a maximum of six hours of continuing education via on-line training. Remaining hours shall be acquired through in-person, classroom training. CSSL may complete all six hours on-line. A Licensee will be required to pass a final exam plus periodic exams through the on-line course.
Do your Continuing Education Classes fulfill my 12 hour Continuing Education requirement for Unrestricted license holders or 10 hour requirement for restricted license holders?
Yes, our online classes fulfill your requirements. You will receive a certificate on completion of your course that you can send in with your license renewal.
How Do Online Classes work?
Once You pay for the course, you are sent login information to watch a recorded course. You can watch as much as you like at a time, and logoff. When you log back in, the lecture will start where you were. Once the lecture is finished, you will receive a confirmation that you have completed the course and we mail you a certificate. There will be a short quiz after each 2 hour section that you will need to pass before moving on – if you watched it, it is easy. No more driving to a lecture and wasting an entire day and night of your life!! Who has time for that??

What If I have a restricted license?
Less than 5% of licensees are for Restricted or Specialty Licensees. You will have the same requirement online and only require 4 hours of live education. On the day of your live class we will give you a certificate for 4 hours
